Many appraisers, like yourself, are frustrated with the amount of time required to complete an assignment. Between visiting the property; compiling the information; researching the comps and creating the reports, you are probably overwhelmed with paperwork, just like your colleagues. Although you would prefer to visit properties on a daily basis, you are only able to do physical walk-throughs two or three times out of the week. Instead, you spend much of your time stuck in the office writing up the appraisals. What if there was a way to reduce your paperwork tremendously, increase the amount of properties you appraised a week, and still maintain your standard of high accuracy; would you be interested? Of course you would! Thanks to an innovative new process, you can now outsource the writing and comp research required to complete an appraisal. Imagine the additional revenue you will be able to generate. To get started or receive more information simply send an email to ……. |

My wife and I thought about an idea over a year ago and decided the Internet would be a better place, if there were people, who were willing to devote their time to create quality website content for others. I never gave this much thought, working as a restaurant manager at Dickey’s BBQ in Corsicana, during the spring of 2005. My wife, Becky, had been working at CB Richard Ellis, the largest commercial real estate firm in the world, for almost 8 years, and the commute to Dallas everyday was starting to take its toll on her. That fall, gas prices shot up, and it seemed the commute was no longer worth the money being spent every week. I had already quit my job at the restaurant and was struggling to find something that would actually make me happy. I graduated from SMU back in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, but never really figured out what I wanted to do with my life. Psychology had always been a passion of mine, but writing was something my heart cherished even more. Unfortunately, I never believed that my words could make a difference in someone else’s life, let alone earn any type of money, so the writing idea was trashed, and I was left wondering, if I had majored in the right subject. Lucky for me, Becky had a good business head and discussed the idea of running our own creative writing shop out of our home. |

Today’s world has plenty of competition within it, and people are constantly trying to keep ahead, in order to succeed. The Internet has created a new business world, and individuals are now going neck in neck with one another to stay ahead of their competitors. Every website has its own personal agenda and strives to gain the largest audience it can assemble. Having the right kind of content and keyword rich articles will ultimately determine how your site ranks and the success, which follows. Keyword rich articles, which do not focus on the subject at hand or have been poorly written, will not gain the widespread attention they require to get your website ranking up with the best. Keyword rich articles are a vital part of increasing the number of hits on your website. This is because keyword rich articles are what the search engines look for when determining your website's ranking. The important thing to remember, when using keyword rich articles, is that it must be original content. If you are using articles that are not original, the content will be rejected by the search engines, which will negatively impact your website. Since ranking is everything, when it comes to ranking on the search engines, it is important that you select the proper keyword rich articles that pertain to your services.

The reflection of our souls can be brought into existence, through the concept of creative writing. If you are able to put your imagination into any challenge that may arise, the results will be promising. Creative writing is not only a reflection of, who we are, but also a way to channel our most profound emotions into a constructive outlet. It is not easy though. Becoming a good writer requires work, a lot of time and attention to detail is necessary, in order to get the best results. You can think of creative writing the same way an artist would think of his or her painting. One must be able to paint a picture of an object, place, situation, or concept and design a portrait through the use of words. A strong vocabulary is a must have for anyone engaging in a creative writing theme, along with the ability to be open and honest with yourself. At FHR Creations, we take the concept of creative writing seriously. We strive to provide keyword rich creative writing that reflects the needs of the client in an imaginative way. Even the most mundane of subject manners can always use a little artistic touch. It adds life into the paper, without taking away from the content at hand. Creative writing hones in on detailing and being able to incorporate an art form into all areas. It is simply not fun to write, unless you are using your imagination. A paper can turn out badly unless the writer uses their emotions to capture the audience. A good writer can take any subject matter and make it his or her own, while sticking to the rules of basic grammar, structure, and content. |
